How many requests can I place through interlibrary loan (ILL)? Is there a limit?

Answer

There is no cumulative limit on the number of ILL requests that can be made by users.  However, users are limited to 25 active ILL requests at a time. If you need more than 25 items, you may submit additional requests as soon as one of your active requests is filled. This allows us to serve all of our users in a timely manner. Patrons who submit a high volume of requests may be referred to the appropriate subject reference librarian who can recommend research options.
